Stacy is a former elite gymnast and circus performer, with 20+ years in circus and sport. Formerly Director of Casting at Cirque du Soleil, she now casts international talent, creates and directs, and works 1:1 with artists as a coach and artistic advisor.

Biography
Stacy is a creative performance strategist and talent casting expert with over two decades of experience at the intersection of circus, sport, and human development.
As a freelance casting director, career coach, and artistic advisor, Stacy is globally connected and culturally fluent. She leverages a dynamic international network to enrich each collaboration. Stacy casts talent for international circus stages, works 1:1 with artists on career and act design, and regularly serves as host and moderator at circus industry panels and workshops.
Her deep industry expertise includes 13 years at Cirque du Soleil, where she was a talent scout, acrobatic coach and then Director of Casting, managing the sourcing and development of multidisciplinary talent for some of the world’s most iconic productions. Stacy was CEO of the international online platform CircusTalk (now StageLync) for three years.
