Act Design
Through close collaboration with artists and creators, our work includes original act creation, design, and choreography. We give shape to artistic visions that balance technique, storytelling, and visual impact.

On- and Off-Stage
We develop acts that unite athleticism, imagination, and visual spectacle. Behind the scenes, we're skilled at managing rehearsals, developing training plans, and nurturing artistic growth in athletes and artists.

Ensemble Work
We facilitate collaborative processes that strengthen group cohesion and collective creativity. Through research and exploration, and an inquiry-based artistic methodology, we help refine work into strong, authentic performances.

“I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Jean-Damien and Stacy on several occasions, and I highly recommend them. Jean-Damien, among other things, did remarkable design and concept work for the original BMX act created for Cirque du Soleil's Volta show, for which I was the creative director. Stacy is an exceptional talent scout who has worked with me on various projects. Together, they form a top-notch team to support your show or event.”

Working with Julien was truly inspiring! From day one, he took care of everything – every meeting, every detail, every concern. He was always by our side, supporting, guiding, and making sure we could focus on what we do best: performing. Julien is not just an agent; he’s part of the team. He understands artists, feels the rhythm of the show, and always finds a solution, no matter what happens.

The ideas always come from the artists themselves. Stacy provides the right tools, supports reflection, and gives precise feedback, so that individual impulses merge into an artistically coherent whole. When you observe her rehearsals, you quickly recognize her philosophy: not to impose a narrow framework on the artists, but to empower them in their own authenticity.
